Daimler Dart SP 250 V8
The Daimler SP250 (Dart) was manufactured by the Daimler Car Company from 1959 to 1963. There were just over 2,500 vehicles produced in this time under the headings of ‘A’, ‘B’ and ‘C’.
This Daimler is a ‘B’ specification and was manufactured in 1962 and first registered in New York (US) in 1963. The ‘B’ spec had the stiffened chassis, cigarette lighter and a heater. The car was shipped to the UK in the early 1990s by one of the directors of the Daimler Lanchester club in the UK and fully restored professionally and changed to right hand drive. The car now has just over 23,000 miles showing on the clock since the engine rebuild. The Car is in mint condition and has a Portuguese Historic Registration.
